A tender, lean Pork steak coming from either the loin or the leg of Pork with a deep Red/Brown marinade of Japanese horseradish, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Perfect for roasting or barbecuing.
Approximately 2 to 3 slices per 500g.

Cooking Instructions
Place in a pre-heated oven at 180C/Gas mark 4 for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
Storage
Remove from packaging and place into refrigerator. Consume within 4 days.
Please note that this product is fresh and therefore is suitable for home freezing. However, do not refreeze once defrosted.
